Van has many years of experience in the trucking business as a safety coordinator and consultant. Over the course of his career, he has worked for numerous companies and consulted for many others through his company, K-TEX Transport Inc. Van has experience with all aspects of safety management including organizing safety departments; reducing driver violations through training; and implementing safety regulations and requirements. His particular specialty is successfully guiding companies through U.S. Department of Transportation and Ontario Ministry of Transportation audits, and implementing all necessary recommendations. Much of Van's safety experience and knowledge has been collected in K-Tex Transport’s Practical Safety Manual, intended to help those starting out in the trucking industry or those simply in need of a reference.

Kim has worked with hundreds of trucking companies on both sides of the border improving their bottom line. Areas of expertise include: topical transportation industry presentations, safety meetings, management meetings, audit preparation, safety and compliance, National Safety Code, improving company dispatch, improving communication through the sales team and the art of delivering outstanding customer service. Most recently Kim has focused on the drive for apprenticeship in Ontario for Commercial Truck Drivers.
Kim is a board member of the Professional Truck Driver Institute (PTDI), past President and co-founder of the Truck Training Schools Association of Ontario (TTSAO) and former co-chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Commercial Vehicle Training Alliance (CVTA). He is a valued member of the Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) and the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). Kim is the President of KRTS Inc., an educational transportation training facility, publisher of the monthly Rear View Mirror newsletter.

Rob has been in the transportation industry for the past 21 years. Like many others he started as a driver and then became a Safety Manager. Rob started his own safety consultant business and is well versed in all aspects of both Canadian and American regulations. He has guided many of his clients through successful MTO and U.S. DOT facility audits. Rob is a certified instructor of Air Brake and Brake Adjustment, Dangerous Goods, Accident Investigation Level 2, FMSCR, CTHRC, and more. He has been with Humber College for 10 years as a Certified Signing Authority.
Rob also loves to give back to our industry. He is currently the President of the Ontario Truck Driving Championships and has been involved with them for past 12 years.

Steve brings almost 30 years of experience in the trucking industry, with the last 20 years serving in the Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Human Resources, Driver Training and Risk Management areas of our industry.
Currently, Steve serves a dual role as President & CEO of TSCSI Training Academy, a provinciallyrecognized private career college and TSCSI Fleet Safety & Loss Prevention Services where he is the Senior Commercial Fleet Risk Consultant, representing a verity of clients from transport companies, insurance companies, and insurance brokers.

Chris has over 16 years of experience in the trucking industry, focusing primarily on operational management. For the past 7 years, Chris has been the Senior Safety Representative for a major trucking Insurer. Chris now joins Hallmark Insurance "The Transit Authority", as both an Account Executive and Safety Specialist.
An active volunteer in the industry, Chris is past chairman of the Career Path Committee, guest member on the Truck Driver Apprenticeship Industry Committee, member of the Safety Committee at OTA, is NATMI Certified Instructor and still drives a tractor trailer, periodically.
