1. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

- to ensure that User information is accurate and up-to-date

TSM may disclose User business information to the following third parties:
- affiliated insurance brokers
- safety experts or other service providers working on behalf of TSM
5. CONSENT
The User may give consent to the collection, use or disclosure of their business information, expressly in writing or over the telephone or TSM may determine that consent has been implied by User actions, such as entering information on the website.
6. REFUSING CONSENT
The User may refuse to allow TSM to obtain, use or share personal information, or also withdraw a previously given consent at any time. However, depending on the type of services to be delivered, a refusal to provide consent or a future withdrawal of consent may result in TSM's inability to provide some or all of the products or services.
